This super simple and creamy dressing was created by our daughter, Hannah when she was in college. It's the one I use when I want something more than just vinegar or lemon juice on a salad.
Hannah's Tahini Dressing
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
juice of a lemon
pinch of cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste (salt is always optional)
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Makes enough for four large salads.
